Organization Design

The design of an organization is inextricably  linked to the results the organization delivers for customers, stakeholders, employees and investors. More than a “chart” with position names and reporting structure, design describes a flow of relationships, power, communications, values and learning that influence the organization and all involved.

Our approach to a design project begins with an assessment to create a “picture” of this flow and resulting outcomes which can then be tested against what the organization actually wants to achieve.

In an iterative process and through a variety of facilitated sessions, we work with you to develop criteria and models for key workflows, financial streams, control span, communications, reporting relationships, supply chains and rewards.

Then, we work with you to implement changes, gather ongoing feedback and utilize data to make adjustments as needed.
